I was deeply saddened learning of the passing of Kathryn. I was a classmate of hers. Though I havent seen her in many years I still remember her smiling face. I will miss you Kathryn....

devastated over the loss of Kathryn...she was a ray of sunshine and I always looked for her when I was in the store.  Many of the HT costumers knew and loved her...so sorry for her family.

I was so sad to hear about Kathryn. We worked together at McDonalds when we were in High School. The crews were mostly kids from all three High Schools which made it a lot of fun and a special time. I saw her over the years at Belk's but later lost touch. She was a special person with a smile I will always remember. Praying for your family.

So sorry to hear of Katherine's passing. She was one of my pompom girls at Sunset...always smiling, and an exceptional leader. My prayers are with you.

I am deeply saddened to just learn of Kathy's passing.  So many wonderful memories with such a special lady.  She will truly be missed.  Mitch and Landis, we are thinking of you both and holding you close in our hearts.

I was so very sad to hear of Kathryn's passing, and Reggie, Will, and I extend our deepest sympathy. I have countless happy memories of Kathryn..with Landis, Will, and Thel at weekly play dates, our children's birthday parties, Halloween and Fourth of July parties at Laura's, and Christmas Eve Eve(12/23) at our house. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Kathryn was a special person. I would shop at Harris Teeter just to hope to talk to her. She was as far as I am concerned the image of Harris Teeter. I really thought the world of her. She was a very special lady who will be forever missed. RIP sweet Kathryn you were the very best.

Landis, your mom was such a sweet, funny, loving lady and I am so thankful for her friendship.  Her smile was so contagious!  I am very saddened by this news.  We are here for you anytime!

We just heard about Kat's passing and though we weren't friends, she was such a bright beam of light at the Porters Neck Harris Teeter.  She always greeted us with a smile and kind words, as if we did, indeed, know each other well.  Much love and sympathy to her family.

I remember Kathryn in High School at JTH and she was always smiling and made the world a better place with all her kindness. Rest in peace a beautiful friend.

On Friday August 28, 2015 our Heavenly Father selected a beautiful rose from his earthly garden to be with the angels in heaven. I grieve because I will miss my friend but yet I rejoice because I know she is in the arms of our Lord and Savior. I shall forever remember that beautiful smile and the fun we had singing together down through the years. Rest in Peace My Sister until we meet again.

So many wonderful memories of Kathryn comfort me during this time of great sadness. She had the voice of an angel and a smile and twinkle in her eyes that brought happiness to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will forever be remembered for the kindness she showered on others. Rest in peace my friend.

My heart ached and my soul cried out when Nash told me the news. We both are still in tears about the loss of such a wonderful, kind and loving person. Kathryn treated my son as her own. I worked with Kathryn at McDonalds on Oleander Drive, we had great times. I was happy to see her again when she came to fill in at HT in Mayfaire where I'm currently working. We tried to catch up on what's been going on. Landis you have been blessed with a great person that you called Mom, be strong and take care.

I met Kathryn in elementary school and we grew up in Lincoln Forest together! I will always cherish the memories I have from middle school talent shows to high school "house parties" at WB! She was one of my greatest high school friends.  Always full of encouragement.  Love you and miss you, but will see you again someday!

Trips to Harris Teeter will never be the same without seeing her there. Whether I was having a bad day or good one, she always yelled my name across the store and made me smile. Sometimes she would tell security to scan the place I was at and then point at me and we would both smile. Loved her. Even though sometimes she hated it, the self checkout is hers and always will be. Kathryn! Who am I supposed to complain about my days with and brag about the good ones with now?! Take care darlin', as you would always say,  and let's meet again someday.

Kathryn was a dear friend who gave us her love, laughter and warmth. After high school, we would always enjoy catching  up and reminiscing. She will be remembered for her love of family and friends. I send my deepest condolences and prayers to her family.

Kathryn will always be remembered for her great enthusiasm, her gracious smile that would make anyone smile back. I will remember the times we did share together over the past 20 plus years.
