Max will live on in the hearts of all of us who have such wonderful memories of his kind, thoughtful and generous ways. He had such a beautiful smile and always made you feel welcome. He was so friendly and fun--with a nice wit and good humor. His background in the Army and Air Force Reserves as a navigator/pilot, and his decades of work at the fine CopyCat Print Shop were so impressive. He is someone to be proud of, and he made the world a better place for his time here--he was a prince of a fellow. I'm grateful for my Father knowing him since his early years, and for my Mom and all my family knowing him and your family through the years. I am so sorry about Max's passing.  I know he is in a better place.  He had a special twinkle in his eye and a wonderful sense of humor.  I want to send a special thanks to Rachael for keeping me informed.

Our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult transition.

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the death of your father and husband.

That a person lives a long and full life does not make his death less sad.  I know how close you were and what an influence he had on your life.

My guess is his wish to you is to remember the things he did right, learn from his mistakes and be the best parent you can be to your children.

So sorry to hear of Max's death.  To Marie and all of your family sincere condolences.  Although I only knew all of you for a few years, you brightened my life.

Grateful for the positive impact Mr. & Mrs. Kahn made years ago to improve services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in our region. My friend, Pat Prosser, always spoke highly of the whole family.  Peace to you all.

Marie and family, Our prayers are with you. Max lived a "Wonderful Life" and the world was better off for having had him in it. He will be missed here but will surely welcomed in Heaven.

I am so glad I visited in August... Having been a junior bridesmaid in their wedding, I have always felt great love for both Max and Marie. May Max rest peacefully now. Today would have been his 95th birthday. My love to the family, CeCe

Betsy and Family. I met Max in 1967 when he joined Corning as a buyer and I had just started my career in sales of industrial supplies. I liked him from the start for his honesty and integrity. He was a smart, but tough buyer. He loved his family but never talked about himself. I did not know of his Military Service. It was a honor to know him.

Such a great tribute to Max. He definitely will be missed by lots of people. Yes the twinkle in his eye was very much a part of him. Thinking of all the Kahn's at this time.

Max was a wonderful man, liked and respected by all the people he knew. I am so sorry to see him pass on, regardless of the facts of life. He was a gentleman and and an elegant man.

Betsey and family, Another  member of a remarkable  generation has left us and we hope we hold fast to their teachings. Loved the mention of the sparkle in his eye.  Though i did not really know him, he left an indelible impression on my mind of an intelligent, kind, and unusual man.

I am so sorry to hear that Max is gone.  Marie, you and Max were such good friends to mom and dad.  I loved both of you like an aunt and uncle. And always thought so much of your 3 children.  Much love and hugs to all of you.

I am so grateful to have had the chance to come to know Max.  He was a super guy and a great storyteller.  To be in his presence was to be with someone whose personal history spanned all the major events of the 20th century.  Much love to all of the Kahns.  You are all lucky to have had Max as a husband, father and grandfather.  Max will be missed!
