Jeannette Hannah (Talon) Tatarinowicz passed away peacefully on Sunday April 13, 2025 at Cheshire House in Waterbury, where she had been a resident for 7 months. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Henry Tatarinowicz.
Born in Old Town, Maine on August 30, 1923, Jeannette was the daughter of the late Martin and Elvina (Vaillancourt) Talon.

She leaves behind two devoted daughters, Carol Genova and her husband Carmen, and Claudia LaValle and her husband Paul. Jeannette will be lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her youngest sister, Rose of California. She was predeceased her siblings Mary, Louis, Francis, Irene, Maurice, Albert, and Marie.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Cheshire House in Waterbury for their kind and compassionate care in Jeannette’s final months, as well as to the team at Abbott Terrace Dementia Unit in Waterbury, who cared for her with love and dignity over the course of over ten years.
