Celia Anna Whitman

Celia A. Whitman of Oviedo, FL, formerly of New Castle, DE, was called to be with our Lord on January 24, 2021. She was born in Appleton, WI on March 5, 1939. She had worked at Citi Bank, retired and then drove a school Bus for the University of Delaware. She enjoyed gardening and traveling and over the years, she did bowing, horseshoes and swimming. She was a member of WELS Lutheran Churches her entire life.

She is survived by her dear friend, Barbara Wright, a sister and brother-in-law in WI; two nephews; a niece; and four grandnieces of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Donations in Celia’s memory may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Newark DE.

Arrangements are entrusted to Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home 501 East Mitchell Hammock Road, Oviedo, Florida 32765. Memorial Service will be private.
