Ruth, as she preferred to be called, lived a full life as a wonderful mother, homemaker and before retirement was involved in the banking industry. Ruth was born in Jacksonville Florida on 26 March 1932 and was witness to incredible changes to our world. She loved the British situation comedies, loved to craft, and kept an immaculate house. Most of all she loved her family and instilled in her sons, strong values that have served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by her sons William C. Redding, and Robert W. Redding. She is survived by her son, John N. Redding (Tampa) and her grandchildren Nikol Rupenski (Tampa) Kari Acri (S. Petersburg) and Adam Uhlarik (Tampa) many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
There will be no services. Ruth cared deeply for our injured veterans and loved animals. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to either the Gary Sinise Foundation or your local animal shelter. Arrangements handled by Blount & Curry MacDill, 813.876.2421.
