She was born on June 2, 1930 in Southington the daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna (Radell) Rich.
Beverly along with her late husband were avid antique and glassware collectors particularly Depression glass and cobalt blue glass. They enjoyed going to auctions, especially the Canton Barn and Meissner Auction Gallery. She was a member of the Buttons Club, the Brigade of the American Revolution and the Nathan Hale Ancient Fife and Drum in Coventry. She was an animal and dog lover and loved her dogs Proxie, Heidi, Gretchen and her grand puppy Katie.
She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law Michael and Sharon of Terryville, a brother Joseph and his wife Gladys Rich of Southington as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Dolores Remer and a brother Ronald Rich.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 10 am at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Road, Southington. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. Due to the pandemic masks and social distancing is required. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111. There are no calling hours. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington is assisting with arrangements.
