He was born to the late George E. and Marie Mitchell Hagan in Louisville, Kentucky on September 20, 1937.
Bob worked manual labor for many years in a factory, construction and body shop. His true passion was for collecting NASCAR and Coca-Cola; enjoying his time at auctions and the 127 Yardsale.
He is preceded in death by his son; Sam Hagan Sr. and grandson; Jeffrey Hagan.
Left to cherish the memory of Bob are his children; Bobby Hagan Jr. (Sherry), Scott Hagan (Maria), Kim Kirchner (Jim),David Wayne Hagan (Amanda) and David Lee Hagan (Chalisa), 9 grandchildren; Ashley Hagan, Paul Kirchner (Rachel), James Kirchner, Kenny Kirchner, Sam Hagan Jr. (Alisha), Brandon Hagan, Daniel Hagan, Anthony Hagan and Shyanne Hagan, 7 great-grandchildren, sister; Dorothy Goode and many extended family and friends.
A celebration of life for Robert Lee “Bob” Hagan will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Noon at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at the funeral home from 4-8pm. A private burial of Bob’s urn will take place at St Andrew’s Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
Bob’s wishes were for donations to be made to the homeless in his name.
