Everett E. Washburn Sr., age 88 of Social Circle, Georgia, drew his last breath April 5, 2021. He was born August 20, 1932 to Willis and Mina Washburn in Haleyville, Alabama. Everett served his country in the United States Army, a Korean War Veteran. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge along with the VFW of Loganville. Everett LIVED! He packed so much life in his 88 years, driving until he was 87! Everett had the natural talent and personality of making friends, no matter the situation. A man of many words and stories, some factual and others not so factual, that would draw out lackluster conclusions. A man of true integrity and honor. Everett was truly a great man/Dad whose impact will forever be felt by the family that loves him dearly and knows that they will see each other again. He was a selfless man whose passing has left a hole that only he can fill. His ability to love, sacrifice, provide, support and forgive will forever be lessons to all he knew.
He loved his football, especially the Alabama Crimson Tide and enjoyed NASCAR.
Preceded in death by his loving wife Remoina Washburn, son Timothy Washburn Sr., Grandson Austin Washburn, Great Grandson Everett Ferguson, Parents Willis and Mina Washburn, Brothers Gilbert Washburn and Warren Washburn.
