John was born December 23, 1930 in Wantage, NJ to the late William and Walberga Fielden. He grew up on his family’s farm south of Colesville. He was active in 4-H and The Future Farmers of America. John worked at SREC until 1968, after he started his own fence company, F&J Fencing which he continued to run until his retirement. He and his family enjoyed their time at Lake Wallenpaupack, camping and boating there for over 50 years. He and Sally spent their winters in Arizona and their summers at the lake. In 2016, they permanently settled in Hawley, PA.
Jack never lost his love of farming, John Deere Tractors and farming equipment. He was a good Husband, Father and Mentor.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Sally (Havens) Fielden, his son, Terry Fielden and his wife Virginia, his daughter, Sally Cellucci and her husband Carlo, his sister, Ruth McCluskey, his grandchildren, Jamie Bucicchia and her husband Joe, Ryan Carpenter and his wife Sherazada, Chris Carpenter and his companion Alyssa and 6 great-grandchildren.
