He was born in Louisville, Kentucky and has lived in Chattanooga for 13 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Delmus was a remodeling contractor and attended St. Stephens Catholic Church. He was a member of Knights of Columbus.
Survivors are his wife, Judy Aubrey of Chattanooga; four children, Gary Aubrey, Robin Ison, Rusty Aubrey and Kelley Aubrey all of Indiana; nine grandchildren, C.J., Gary Ray, Sabrina, Catherine, Elizabeth, Jessee, McKenzie, Cory and Jake; a sister, Marion Dunkley of Louisville, Kentucky.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m.Wednesday, March 16 at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Eddy Rasnake officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
