Salvatore Pagnano, 82, of Ocean City, NJ passed away at home on Sunday. Born in Jersey City he lived there and Toms River before moving to Ocean City several years ago. He was a US Air Force veteran. He retired as a Police Lt. for Conrail Railroad in Elizabeth, NJ. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #46 and PBA Lodge 323.
Sal was predeceased by his wife Emily. He is survived 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Maryann, Thomas and Susan, James and Donna; a daughter Judy Gross. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours are Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday June 28th at 10:30 AM at the New Jersey Veterans Cemetery in Wrightstown.
