Stan attended Red Bank High School. He was a member of the Lupton Drive Baptist Church. Stan was employed by Sequatchie Concrete. He was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. Stan never met a stranger. Stan’s passion in life were riding his motorcycle with his wife and friends and four wheeling with his sons.
Stan is preceded in death by his father George L. Grayson; grandparents Luther Grayson and Lydia Grayson Carson, Arthur and Marie Stanley; stepfather Richard Leslie and uncle Arthur Stanley Jr.; father and mother in Law Henry and Alla Dawson
Stan is survived by his wife of 31 years Lori Dawson Grayson,; two sons George Shane and Wesley Henry Grayson; mother Wanda Grayson Leslie ; sister Sandra Grayson ( Bobby) Stauddy of Nashville; brother in law David (Connie) Dawson; Stan is also survived by aunts and uncles, Hilda and R.L. Forbis, Kathy and Jerry Loyd, Faye Stanley, Lloyd and Regina Carson and Norman O’Connor; also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 12 from 3-8 pm and Tuesday, August 13 from 10 am until the time of service at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel
The funeral service for Stan will be conducted at 11: 30 am on Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with
Pastor Dwight Martin, Pastor Chris Ware and Van Sanders officiating
Interment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens
Honorary pallbearers will be lifelong friends Scott Martin, David Farris, Bob Coffelt, Mike Coffelt, Kent McGee and Jimmy Kilgore
