Norman Hulon “Mr. Frank,” 91 was born on April 8, 1923 in Hope Mills, N.C. He went home to be with the Lord on April 30, 2014. He led a good life with his Salt Springs family where he was known as the Mayor. Mr. Frank served honorably in the U.S. Navy before he retired as a master electrician in Jacksonville. He loved his family and spending time with his friends in Salt Springs. He is survived by Margie, mother of his 8 children: Frankie, Kathy, Barbara, Vickie, Shirley, Sherri & Terri. He was predeceased by his son Buddy. He came from a family of 3 sisters and 6 brothers. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He will be loved and dearly missed by everyone. The funeral service will take place 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home at 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Burial will take place in Riverside Memorial Park.
