Frank worked for CWC for many years, and served as a bartender in the area at different clubs. Frank was outgoing and loved meeting new people. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, and was referred to by many as the "Fish Whisperer," and other times the "Soup King." He was a loving man, who will be missed by all who knew him.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Caroline, and brothers Bob and Tom.
He is survived by his children: Dawn (Keith) McEvoy, Brian Plouhar; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren (and one on the way); Brothers Mike (Eileen) Plouhar, John (Kim) Plouhar; Sisters in law Sharon Plouhar and Barb Plouhar; Special friend Pat Sukup, and her children Bob, Brenda, and Paul.
A celebration of life will be held at the Lithuanian Club on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 1:30. Please join us in remembering this remarkable man. Memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice.
