Frank served his country in the army for 4 years and in the navy for 20 years. During this time, he served in the Korean Conflict. Frank was passionate about local history, and was a frequent contributor to "Muskegon's Memory Lane" on Facebook, where he shared many local stories, discussed local history, and made many friends along the way. Frank loved his family more than anything, and would do anything for them.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents and by all of his siblings.
He is survived by his children: Ray (Toni) Harkness, Angie (Jason) Pearce; Granddaughters Felicia, Kaylee, and Madisynn; Great-granddaughters Alizabeth and Alisynn; Many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place according to his wishes, and there will be no formal services.
