Mrs. Connie Corr Jones, 68, of Gadsden went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 13, 2018. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 16, 2018 at Covenant Fellowship with Rev. Jeremy Beck officiating. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery.
Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services will direct.
Connie was born October 5, 1949, in Auburn, AL, and was married to Ronald Jones for 47 years. She dedicated much of her life and ministry to sharing God’s love with children as director of the First Baptist Preschool, Albertville; Children’s Ministry Director at First Baptist Church, Gadsden; and preschool teacher at Meadowbrook Baptist Church, Gadsden. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Raleigh and Ruth Corr; brother, Michael Corr; son, Jeffery Jones; and daughter, Shana Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Jones; son, Travis Jones, his wife Joanna and children, Clara and Connor; son, Kevin Jones; daughter, Jana Jones; brother, Ken Corr and many other loving family.

The family will receive friends from 2 pm until 5 pm, Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Jones will lie in repose from 12 pm until the hour of service Monday at the church.
