Amanda was born in Anchorage, AK and also lived in MI, NY, OH, and FL in her short life. Like her parents and especially her grandma, she loved to travel around the world and visited London, France, Qatar, Rwanda, Cuba and more. She had a very adventurous spirit and visited many of these places on her own. Amanda was brilliant with a quick wit. She LOVED to read and had a knack for always having a relevant quote from a great literary work for any situation. Amanda had a very big heart and would do anything for anyone. She brought a sparkle and liveliness everywhere she went. Amanda graduated with honors from DeWitt High School and attended the University of Florida. She spent much of her career working for Kaplan as an instructor and in sales. She loved travelling abroad for special programs through her work.
Amanda will be missed by the many people she touched during her time here on earth.
Amanda is preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Boyd; aunt, JoAnn Waddell, uncle, Richard Boyd; uncle, Bob Danley; uncle Carter Fuller and all of her grandparents. She is survived by her father Robert Boyd of Grant, Michigan; sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Craig Fedewa of Portland, Michigan;, nephews Connor and Benson, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
