Our deepest sympathy to Nelda and the family............Ronny and Nelda were the first people we met when we moved to Snellville.  They were always the best of neighbors/friends.  A few good  memories was when we would all get together at Ronny and Neldas and Rod Jones would start telling his stories like comedian Jerry  Clower.  Ronny and the rest of us would laugh so hard.  Ronny had the best/loudest laugh.  If we needed anything, Ronny was always there to help .  One day he said he wanted me to try some steak he was grilling, which I did and was telling him how good it was....Then he proceeds to tell me it was deer meat, I thought I was going to be sick.  Ronny  laughed and laughed. He always called us when anyone was sick or had died.  I'll never forget when he called us about Ray.  He loved his brothers, family and friends.  We are thankful to have been a  part of  his life.  Much love to all  and God Bless,

Janurary 16, 1989, was the greatest day of my life, I met Jesus Christ.  One of my first prayers when I was saved was asking God to give me one of my brothers so together we could lead the other three to Christ.  Boy did I get a lot more than I bargained for.   He couldn't understand why I became so involved in church as he watched me share my testimony and faith hoping to lead others to Christ.  God gave me the spiritual gift of evangelism.  Everyone who is saved has a spiritual gift.  As time pased, I could see that Ronny was under conviction by the Holy Spirit as he watched and talked with me most every day.  
On February 4, 1992, Ronny was graciously saved.  He hit the road and never looked back.  Ronny shared his faith and testimony with everybody who would listen.  He had such boldness, and the word embarrassment was not in his vocabulary.  Together, we have led hundreds to Christ including our three brothers.  God gave Ronny a double dose of the gift of evangelism.  Ronny is my 'double brother', brother in Christ and brother in flesh.
He worked hard and served others all his life. Ronny loved everyone he met and shared the gospel with all.  
Ronny, I love and miss you, Jimmy, and Ray so much.  I look forward to the day when I see Jesus and all of you, including the people we have led to Christ.  What a glorious day that will be.

Ronny was one of my best friends. I loved him like a dad. In all my years as a pastor, I never met a man who shared the gospel more faithfully than him. He believed the Bible and he called me regularly to pray over the phone or to tell me that he just finished sharing the gospel. He loved his daughters !! He would call me and tell me regularly how great Nelda could cook. Ronny often talked about how much Nelda knew and studied her Bible. Great memories!!

A brother in Christ that I loved very much. 
He was a witness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the only way to God the Father. 
His word was "Do you know Christ " as your Lord and Savior. 
Period.

I’ll always cherish the times I shared with Ronnie,  hunting deer on those cold mornings, cutting up trees with chainsaws, and sharing our faith in Christ.  My sincere prayer is for God to comfort Nelda, Jennifer, Jessica, and all his loved ones.

My thoughts and prayers are with Nelda and the entire family.  Ronny was one of my Father's very best friends and he was a blessing to my Wife and I during my Father's decline with dementia.  I know my dad is with you now Ronny and two best friends are together again.

I worked with Ronny at Ga Power in the 80's in substaion maintenance. Ronny was a hard worker, great story teller and could sure get excited. We called him "Killer" and he would occasionally share a hunting story that would  
entertain us for days. I kept in touch with him and would visit him after he went to work at the repair shop. I know he will be missed by his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Ronny is survived by his wife, Nelda Stoudenmire of Snellville, GA; Daughter, Jennifer Erickson (Stephen) of Gainesville; Daughter, Jessica Doster (Todd) of Monroe, GA; brothers: Perry ( Debbie) of Canton, GA and George (Donna) of Loganville, GA.  Grand children, Kyle 23, Charlie 19, Luke 15, JT 11, Josie Lee 7.  He is preceded in death by his parents: James H. Stoudenmire and Mamie Lee Stoudenmire, Camilla, GA; brothers:  Jimmy Stoudenmire of Macon, GA and Ray Stoudenmire of Hoschton, GA.
