Paro Perrett, 80 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018. He was born in Hazlehurst, Mississippi on September 11, 1937. He is preceded in death by his parents Audrey and Fannie and his brother Bill Perrett.
He is survived by his wife of almost 58 years, Joyce; daughter Cindy Seale; sons Steve and Mike Perrett; grandchildren, Sara Seale Myers, Connor Perrett, Jason Seale, and Gabe Perrett. He loved playing golf and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Paro was a member and served as an usher at First Baptist Church. He was an active member of Lakewood Civitan Club where in he enjoyed participating in their many projects. He coached Little League basketball and baseball for many years when his sons were growing up.
Paro graduated from Mississippi State University in 1959 with an Electrical Engineering degree. He started his career at Brookly Air Force Base in Mobile, Alabama, where he met and married Joyce. They moved to Huntsville in 1966 and he worked for the Army in several different offices for 39 years.
You may visit with family on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Valhalla Funeral Home from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. Funeral services, officiated by Minister Mark Seanor, will begin at 12:00 pm in Valhalla's Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
