Penny and Family: 
I share with you my grievance of Renato's passing.  Renato was such a happy go lucky
type of person -- no matter what. Working at DOR  and having Renato as a part of my 
"Office Team" while still a Field Manager -- he was so enthused by all the information he would be able to pick up on. ALWAYS one able and willing to learn new tricks of the trade.. if you will. SUPER PERSON --- great personality, always laughing and always remained grounded  and humble. 

Penny -- Renato soooo adored you and the kids --- WOW,  you 
two made an amazing couple and produced such a beautiful family!!! 
Always carry that with you in your heart.  He left all of us all too soon for sure, 
but always know he is in your heart and soul 24 / 7 / 365.

Taught Renato a ton of stuff -- 
and he loved it!!! I adored Renato -- 
great, great overall human being. 

I wasn't fortunate enough to meet Renato in person, however, Billy made sure I knew him as Uncle. I heard the wonderful stories of his wit and humor, his sarcasm and his ability to give you a thrashing and make you feel loved all in the same sentence. I heard of his bowling and his never ending desire to enjoy life to the fullest. I always heard of his love for his family and the fact that his family was his everything.  I believe he included me in his family and I felt his warmth . Until we meet, love and hugs.

When I meet you back in Sept 2010, I was to sit with you and have you train me for AZDOR. For the life of me couldn't say your name right, so I referred to you as REN as in (REN AND STIMPY). You laughed so hard and thought it was funny.  My  1st week training with you was good, the 2nd week you made me cry lol. I knew right then and there you meant it with all love and respect.  I always thought of you as a great person, great collector, and a perfect fit into the collection club on the 7th floor. 
You always talked about the family and them grand-babies, your life. Very sad to head of your passing but now you can rest easy, and know that you are dearly missed in so many places. My condelance to your family, and thank you for allowing us to get a chance to know REN.
