Shelly Renee DeCluitt, 60, of Nederland, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas. Shelly was born July 22, 1958 in Port Arthur, Texas to Harlan and Sandra LaBure. Her children were her life. Shelly enjoyed the beach and spending time with her family. She was a cashier at H-E-B.
Shelly was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Sherman LaBure. She is survived by her daughters, Rachel DeCluitt, Angela DeCluitt and Sandra DeCluitt-Walbeogo (Severin); father, Harlan LaBure; brothers, Neil LaBure and Travis LaBure; sisters, Toni Howell and Kelly LaBure; fur pups, Missy and Woody. Shelly also leaves behind grandchildren, Anthony Castillo, Ashton Castillo, Shania Castillo and a host of friends and relatives to cherish her memories.
A gathering of friends and family will be Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service for Shelly will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 3, 2019, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
