Homer J. Croteau, 90, passed away on June 5, 2019 after a sudden illness. He was born in Worcester and lived in Oxford, MA for many years before moving to California in 1978. He lived in Banning, CA at Sun Lakes for the past twenty-five years after retiring from Hughes Aircraft.
He is pre-deceased by Beverly, his loving wife of sixty-two years. He is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Balawender and her husband Michael of Camarillo, CA; his son John Croteau and his wife Patricia of Oxford, MA; his granddaughter Kristin Nolan and her husband James along with three great-grandchildren Ryan, Kaylynn, and Cameron; all of Oxford, MA.
Homer loved to travel and drove cross country with his wife Beverly on many occasions and made several trips to Hawaii. He enjoyed spending time with his family, ballroom dancing, line dancing, sport fishing on Cape Cod and playing paddle tennis at Sun Lakes. He was a long-time member of the Knights of Columbus.
