Phyllis loved and was loved by her family. Her mother was her best friend and they enjoyed watching reality shows, cooking, and going out to eat. She absolutely loved her two sons. She was always telling family, friends, and even strangers how proud she was of her two boys. She loved working in the flower garden as well as putting her boys to work. Before she became ill she loved going for rides without a destination just driving listening to music with her boys, she always listened to the beat before the words. Her two granddaughters lit up her world and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. She was a child of god and was a loyal servant of his work.
She is survived by her parents; two sons; Stanley McCaulley Jr and wife Bettie A McCaulley, and Isaiah McCaulley; one sisters, Fredda (Shapel) Edwards, three brothers; Charles E. Corley Jr (Chuck) and wife Shontres’ of Nashville, TN, Cary E. Corley and wife Denyonne of Washington, DC, and Dondi A. Dixon, and two grandchildren Brielle and Hailey McCaulley
