Décédée à l’Hopital Régional de Campbellton le 1er septembre 2019 à l’âge de 92 ans, Madame Thérèse (Daigle) De Garie, épouse de feu Roger De Garie. Née à Edmundston le 22 décembre 1926, fille de feu Ernest Daigle et de feu Adélina Dubé.
Thérèse s'est dédiée à sa famille, sa vocation d’infirmière et maintes organisations. Elle fut présidente du Club d’ainée d’Atholville pour plusieurs années. Elle a été active comme membre des auxiliaires au Campbellton Nursing Home. Elle donna de son amour inconditionnel, ainsi que ses soins attentifs à tous.
Elle laisse dans le deuil, son fils Claude de Charlo, ses filles Yvette de Manotick, Ontario et Louise d’Atholville, ses deux petites filles Renée de Saint Jean et Michelle de Fredericton, ainsi qu’un petit fils Riley James. Outre que son époux et ses parents, elle fut prédécédée par son frère Lucien et sa sœur Aline.
Les funérailles auront lieu à l’Église Notre-Dame-des-Neiges à Campbellton, mercredi le 4 sept. à 14h.
Visites au Salon Funéraire Maher, 33, rue Lansdowne, Campbellton, mardi de 19h00 à 21h00 et mercredi de 12h30 jusqu’au départ pour les funérailles.
Dons à la Société d’Alzheimer ou la Société de Démence seraient appréciés.

Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on September 1st, 2019 at the age of 92, Mrs. Therese (Daigle) De Garie of Campbellton, wife of the late Roger De Garie. Born in Edmundston on December 22nd, 1926, daughter of the late Ernest Daigle and of the late Adelina Dube.
Therese gave a life of service to her family, her vocation in nursing care, and to senior organizations. She was president of the Atholville Seniors Club for many years. She was also an active member of the Campbellton Nursing Home auxiliary. She offered unconditional love and care to everyone she met.
She is survived by her son Claude of Charlo, her daughters Yvette of Manotick, Ontario and Louise of Atholville, two granddaughters, Renee and Michelle of Fredericton, and a great-grandson Riley James.
Funeral mass will be held at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Church, 4 Central Street, Campbellton, Wednesday Sept. 4, at 2:00 pm.
Visitation is at Maher’s Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Wednesday 12:30 until time of funeral service.
