Eugenia Lively, age 47 of Birmingham, AL passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Eugenia was a wonderful and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and had worked as a medical coder. Eugenia loved helping as a Girl Scout leader for her girls and being a room mother at their school. She had attended St. Josephs School and Ramsey High International Baccalaureate School here in Birmingham. She also attended Jefferson State Community College and The University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB). She loved her Auburn Tigers “War Eagle” and especially loved her little dog Mandy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leland Eugene Shore and a brother, Robert Shore. She is survived by her loving mother, Marion E. Shore; daughters, Tiffany Lively and Kristen Lively; brothers, Jimmy Adams, Terry Adams, Lewis Shore, Johnny Shore (Renee), and David Shore; her sisters, Mona Hill (Mike), Betty Pike, and Rhonda Britt; an aunt, Eileen Payer (Ken) and her uncles, Gerald Evanoski (Cindy), Tony Evanoski (Doris), and Getty Evanoski (Irene); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel from 5 until 7 PM followed by funeral mass on Thursday, October 3rd at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Huffman beginning at 11 AM. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, AL.
