James David Reynolds, 57, died Monday, December 30, 2019 at the family home north of New Bloomfield, Missouri.
David was born February 22, 1962 in Fulton, Missouri to Phillip Reynolds and Ruth Ann Kaiser Reynolds.
David’s father’s Air Force career took the family to Texas, England, Germany and back to Texas, where David graduated from Judson High School in Converse and Southwest Texas (now Texas State) University.
Business degree in hand, David went to California for a short career in the restaurant business, from which he came away with the skills of a great chef.
He spent thirty years in pharmaceutical sales, in which field he was consulting at the time of his death.
He was married to Christine Englehart, with whom he had two children whom they co-parented following their divorce. He coached his children’s hockey, baseball and softball teams.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Reynolds (Gio) Alexander and grandson, Owen James Alexander all of St. Louis; son, Aaron (Samantha) Reynolds of St. Louis; his parents, Phil and Ruthie Reynolds and sister, Susan Reynolds (Bill) Geiger of Spring Branch, Texas.
He attended The Crossing church in Columbia, Missouri.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri. The family will receive guests from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
