Sharon went to rest after a long battle with the dreaded Alzheimer's disease.
She didn’t want to go and stubbornly fought bravely for years - strong, tenacious and determined, those qualities she possessed throughout her life kept her going until the very end.
Sharon was born in Duluth, Minnesota. She and her husband grew tired of the cold so in 1970 moved to Naples, Florida with their 3 sons. It is there she made a name for herself as a model and owner of a ladies fine clothing boutique.
Sharon lived a life of purpose, her purpose being her family which she raised and nurtured with abundant care and devotion.
Memories of joy and gladness, kindness and gentleness, love and light remain with those who knew her and are etched in her 3 sons and 4 grandchildren forever.
Sharon, whose breath was taken away from us will remain in spirit and in memory.
She was a defender of those less fortunate and always tried to make things better for
those who were suffering.
In addition to her 3 sons and 4 grandchildren, Sharon leaves behind three daughters in law,
2 nieces, 2 nephews and countless cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents
Jim and Lily, brother Jim and sister Linda.
