Angie, as she was commonly known, was born on the 10th of March 1955, to Anny and Carolus "Karl" Kuhn in Furth, Germany . She was the youngest of four siblings. Angie later met and married her husband, Daniel Cox, an American soldier in the U.S. Army, there as well. Daniel and Angie had two children together: a daughter that they named Cynthia, and a son that they named David.
She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, friend and mother to many. Angie was always there for anyone, in any way that she could be, but especially for those that she loved.
She was preceded in death by her mother Anny Kuhn, her father Carolus "Karl" Kuhn, her husband Daniel Cox, her nephew Alexander Ioannides, and a sister-in-law Elfriede Ioannides.
She is survived by Cynthia Cox (daughter) , David Cox (son), Gregor Ioannides and Dimitrie Kuhn (brothers), Margarete Cheng (sister), Joachim Hai Cheng (nephew), Diana Ioannides (niece) her husband Ludwig Schmid-Ioannides and their two children Noah and Anna, Nicole Scholz (niece) her husband Jochen Scholz and their two children Jan and Katja, Irene Kuhn, Anneliese Andeae, Edda Andeae, Otto Russ, Hilde Lunz-Russ, as well as many friends who later became family to her.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to either Hospice Family Care via the Huntsville Hospital Foundation or to Angie's favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in her name.
