Chester Coats Fletcher, 70 of Salem, AL passed away Friday, September 4, 2020, at his home.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 8, 2020, in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10-11:00 A.M. prior to the service.

Mr. Fletcher was born September 7, 1949, in Alabama; son of the late William and Annie Fletcher. He was Protestant by faith, loved Alabama Football, and loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Dennis Fletcher.

Survivors include his children, Susan Roberson (Steve), Selena Fletcher, Scott Mancil, and Shannon Mancil Black (Brett). He is also survived by his sisters, Nellie Smith, Daucus Tyson, Rosie Davis, seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and his long time childhood best friend, Jackie Mancil.
