I was shocked to learn of Patty's passing. Patty and I were  friends at Highland Middle School and Highland High School. I traveled with Patty and her mom and dad to Florida in the summer when we were 16. It was the first time I visited Florida and the first time I saw an ocean. We had a blast! Patty caught the bouquet at my wedding in 1980. I lost touch with her over the years. I learned of her passing by a facebook post from another Highland High School alumni. My deepest condolences to her children, her brothers and sisters, and her extended family. I have very fond memories of our time together - she was a wonderful, caring, energetic, person who was very fun to be around. May she rest in peace in her heavenly home.
