Albert is preceded in death by his parents, Concepcion and Albert.
Albert is survived by his wife Prescila of Oceanside and his four children. Albert has 3 sons, Albert (Beate) of Furth, Germany, Ernesto of Oceanside, Ca. and Phillip of Oceanside, Ca. He has one daughter Loretta (Max) of Bloomington, Ca. Albert has two grandsons, David (Genesis) of Billings, Mt. and Jaden of National City, Ca. He also has two great grandchildren. Also surviving are his 4 siblings. His sister Cecilia of Fresno, Ca. and his brothers Edward (Grace) of Clovis, Ca. Steven (Laura) of Fresno, Ca. and Rene (Wafaa) of Fresno, Ca. Albert was also blessed with 10 nephews and 12 nieces.
Albert was born to Concepcion and Albert Siqueiros on February 26th 1953 in Fresno Ca. When he was 18, he enlisted in the United States Navy. After graduation from Theodore Roosevelt High School he left to boot camp. During boot camp his daughter Loretta was born in 1972. Three years later, in 1975, his son Albert Jr. was born.
Albert did several tours while in the military but he enjoyed his time in the Philippines. This is where he met his wife Prescila in 1982. Albert and Prescila were married in Fresno in 1983. Ernesto was born in December of 1983 and Phillip in March of 1990. One of Albert’s and his family’s proudest moment was when he became Chief on September 16, 1989. After being stationed in the Philippines for many years he was transferred to Camp Pendleton until he retired. After proudly serving for 24 years, Albert retired. After retiring from the United States Navy, Albert went back to Camp Pendleton to work as a Maintenance Management Specialist. He worked there until he retired in December of 2019. Albert will be remembered as the caring and loving person that he was. He will be missed.
