Annie Lee Richardson (nee Trumble) was born on the 9th of June in 1936 to Ralph Trumble Sr. & Gilla Trumble (nee Price). One of six children, she and her family resided in the neighborhood of Piney Point in Houston, Texas.
She was the loving wife of William Walter Richardson for 50 years and to this union, 9 children were born.
Annie was educated in the Houston Independent School District; there, she discovered her passion for health care and became a Certified Medical Aid. She continued in this industry for 20 years before deciding to merge her knowledge of both child and health care to become a private home care specialist. She began to work with The Lipschutz/Lerdal Family, providing care for their four children Drew, Scott, Lisa, and Parker– ultimately becoming a member of their family.
Annie had several favorite past times, including travel, puzzles, going to the casinos, watching soap operas, fashion in the form of shoes, clothes and jewelry, and cooking for her large family. A devout Christian, Annie was baptized into the faith in 1949 and proudly served in several capacities as a member of Union Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Some of her stations being as the President of the Stewardess Board, a Missionary (Women of Heritage–Lady Pearls), a member of the Lay Society, and President of the Senior Midday Bible Group.
She is preceded in death by both parents, her husband, her daughter Robine E. Lawson, her sister Verna Dee, two brothers Eddie and CF, 4 son-in-laws, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Annie leaves to celebrate her life one brother Ralph Jr. (Connie) and one sister Othella; daughters Edith, Snitha (Dwight), Janet (Willie), Shelia (Rufus), Martha Gail, and Ella; her sons Christopher and Elvis (Mildred); her bonus sons Tyrone and William Jr. (Gwen); as well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
