Federico was born on July 18, 1938 in the Philippines. His family and friends called him Fred. He retired as an aviation mechanic from the United States Army after 24 years and then retired from United Airlines after 18 additional years. Federico was a fun loving yet strong gentleman who was admired and loved by everyone. He was full of constant humor and was known for bringing out the laughter and joy in any setting. Federico was a true family man who connected his family together. He continually pushed those he cared about to achieve more. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and rarely asked for help. Federico remained very active even after double retirement. He was a leader in the American Legion Magellan Post 604 and Filipino American Veterans Association. Federico was a full time loving Grandfather. He tended to his grandchildren (and children) without hesitation and never asked questions; he would always do whatever he could for them. Federico always brought out a smile in everyone.
