He is survived by step-daughter Diana Philips of Chicago, IL, and step-son Robert Shell of Houston, TX; his nieces Mary Ellen Andrews-Kulis (Michael) of Elon, N.C., and Kathryn Andrews Kogut (Barry) of DeWitt, NY, and their children.
