Jacquelyn C. Dendy (Age 92) passed on November 21, 2019 in Arlington, VA. Loving wife of Fred L.
Dendy, Jr. (deceased), and mother to Lynda (deceased) and Richard, Jacquelyn was raised in Houston,
TX, moving to New Mexico in 1962. She was a PTA president, member of Taylor Memorial Baptist
Church, and school secretary/teacher in the Hobbs School system. She held many positions in the
Bethany Chapter of the order of the Eastern Star including Worthy Matron, and more recently, Warder
and Grand Warder for the New Mexico Grand Chapter. Interment will be at Forest Park Lawndale
Cemetery in Houston.
