Flag Exchange Program

During these difficult times it is more important than ever to demonstrate our unity, strength, and determination to prevail - and we believe that the American flag represents that American spirit! With Memorial Day and Flag Day fast approaching, and the Fourth of July just around the corner, our Woody and Nelsen Funeral Home locations are once again offering our American Flag Exchange Program where you can bring in your old, worn, torn, or soiled American flag for a new 3' x 5' flag. Our goal is help the members of our community showcase their American spirit for the upcoming holidays and we extend our deepest, heartfelt gratitude to the men and women in uniform defending our freedoms, to the veterans and retired service members who gave to our country in numerous profound ways, and finally to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. For the Flag Exchange Program, our main concern is for the safety and well being of our guests and employees. So this year, we are also offering a "No Contact" Exchange option for members of the community who wish to call in to the funeral home location prior to their arrival, and our staff will facilitate the flag exchange out in the parking lot without our guests ever having to leave their vehicles.
