Dorthelene Hundley

Dorthelene (Dot) Bennett Hundley, age 88, of Martinsville, died Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Born in Henry County, October 3, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Buford Bennett and Vesta Eloise Goode Bennett. Also preceding her in death was her daughter, Debra Baliles Chinault, a sister, Ruth Bennett Johnson, and her brother, Alvin G. Bennett. Dot was a 1950 graduate of Bassett High School and was a member of Stanleytown United Methodist Church. Surviving are her two sisters, Juanita B. Hall of Collinsville, and Betty B. Nichols (Sheldon) of Smith Mountain Lake, and three grandchildren. All services will be private. Collins Funeral Home of Bassett is serving the Hundley family.
