Ola Lawless Stone

Ola Mae Lawless Stone, age 90, of Collinsville died Sunday, March 16, 2014., at the Wentworth Hospice Home, Wentworth, NC. Born in Patrick County January 15, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Tommy Lee Lawless and Belle Lackey Lawless. Also preceding her in death was her husband Robert Stone, sisters Clara Lawson and Verna Lawson, and a brother Irvin Lawless. She worked for many years for Dan River Mills and Sale Knitting Company and was a member of Living Waters Outreach Ministries. Surviving are two sisters Vada Compton of Spencer and Orea Scott of Bassett, a brother Ray Lawless of Ridgeway, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 12 P.M. Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Collins Funeral Home in Bassett with Pastor Bud Sedwick officiating. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park, Martinsville.
