Virginia A. Fickling

Virginia Ruth Fickling, age 77 of Collinsville, VA., passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 after a decline in health.
Mrs. Fickling was born on May 5, 1941 in Lancaster, S.C., a daughter of the late Curtis Adams and the late Ida Hudson Adams. She was employed as an Travel Agent until she retired. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville where she served on the Property Committee.
Mrs. Fickling is survived by her husband, Charles E. Fickling of the residence, one daughter, Donna G. Oneppo and husband, Don of Rock Hill, S.C., one son, Mark Edward Fickling and wife, Nancy of Summerfield, N.C., one sister, Earline McNeely, one brother, Jerry Adams both of Lancaster, S.C., five grandchildren, Todd Helms, Kevin Broughton, Christian Mead, Cameron, Fickling, Meghan Fickling and one great granddaughter, Ansley Broughton.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Friday, March 29, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Collinsville with Reverend Larry Cheek officiating.
Entombment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The family suggest that memorial to be made to the Amedisys Hospice, 5221 Valley Park Drive, Suite 2, Roanoke, Va. 24019.
