A committal service will occur Monday, October 18, 2021 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at Highland Park Cemetery & Mausoleum, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. A visitation will occur Monday, October 18, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 4017 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815.
