Donna Slentz

Donna Slentz, 68, of Fort Wayne, entered this life on January 20th, 1953. She passed away at Life Care Center of Fort Wayne on March 18th, 2021. Donna was the daughter of the late John and Florence (Dunn) Tessitore. She is survived by her husband Elmer Slentz, three brothers; Michael Dunn of New York, John Tessitore of Florida and Charles Tessitore of Florida. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday, March 28th, 2021 at The Cross of Fort Wayne, located at 5300 Winchester Rd. Fort Wayne, with visitation from 12:30-1:00 pm.
