Takami Foster

Takami Pippin Foster, 49, of Fort Wayne, and formerly of Yokosuka Japan passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021. She was born on July 18, 1972. Takami in her early professional life earned her Associates in cosmetology and worked as a nail technician and hair design. Later as a sales marketing representative for Coach, and before moving stateside as a contractor for the Japanese and United States of America governments. In her free time, she created awesome Japanese cuisine meals, she loved to do her nails, operating motorcycles, participate in roller derby, shopping and travel with her husband (favorite place Guam). She will be remembered as a person that loved to give back and share time with her family and friends. Surviving family include her husband, Richard “Rick” Foster; children, Jesse Kenta Pippin and Hannah Asaki Pippin; mother, Yukie Oono; step father Masao Oono; father, Masahito Horiuchi; and sister, Eli Yabuki. Private services will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021.
