Mahmood Aziz Effandi, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. He was born in Lucknow, India and was a resident of Hampton, Virginia.
A prayer service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Islamic Center of Hampton. Interment will follow at 4:00 pm at Parklawn Memorial Park.
