Clarence L. "Pete" Jeandrevin

Clarence L. “Pete” Jeandrevin, 77 of Huntington passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at his residence. Pete enlisted in the Army National Guard in Cincinnati, Ohio and served from May 16, 1964 – May 15, 1970. He worked as a truck mechanic at Allied Automotive Group from which he retired. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 414. Pete loved woodworking, especially building instruments. He enjoyed camping at bluegrass concerts and loved NASCAR.
Pete was born on May 30, 1943 in Middletown, Indiana, the son of the late Clarence L. and Virginia (Elliot) Jeandrevin.
He was united in marriage to Marjorie Benken on June 19, 1965. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include two sons: Robert “Bob” (Tracie) Jeandrevin, Joseph “Joe” (Heather) Jeandrevin both of Loveland, OH; and a daughter: Kathy (Jason Falk) Jeandrevin of Huntington; two sisters: Kathryn Hall and Patty Hall; five grandchildren: Allie (Ryan) Spence, Taylor (Drake) Horne, Kelsie (Keegan) Jeandrevin, Luke Jeandrevin, and Eric Jeandrevin; and two great grandchildren: Kynslie Spence and Averie Spence.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: Billy Jeandrevin
Visitation will be held on Thursday July 9, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana. We will be following the CDC’s guidelines for Social Distancing and Social Gathering Limits.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday July 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel.
Memorial donations can be made out to American Heart Association in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
