Georgine Cialdella

Georgine Jenicke Cialdella, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 10, 2020. Georgine was born in Shenandoah, PA to Helen and George Jenicke on November 24, 1935. She married (Ronald Cialdella) on (April 25, 1959) in Blue Island, IL. Georgine graduated from St Mary’s Nursing School in Brooklyn, NY and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the College of St. Francis. She served in the Navy from 1956-1958. Georgine retired from St. Vincent Hospital after 42 of service to patients and families. She was an active member of St. Michael the Archangel Church for 55 years. Her passions included caring for others, reading, traveling, visiting with friends and the ever-giving beauty of the trees. Dog treats were never in short supply for all of her four legged friends that made countless visits in return for the joy they brought her. Georgine was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years and her parents. She is survived by Denise Cialdella Giddens (Phillip), Matthew Cialdella, David Cialdella (Sherry), RJ Cialdella (Randi) sisters Eileen Badman (Fred) and Celeste Salamida (Dominick), 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Outdoor visitation will be on November 28, 2020 from Noon-1:00PM at Crown Hill Cemetery Field of Valor with a Catholic Committal service at 1:00PM.
