Obituary of Donna Lou Von Schriltz
Donna Lou White Von Schriltz, 77, of Brown County passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 in I. U. Health, University Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born June 8, 1941in Indianapolis to James William White, Sr. and Victoria Sipos White. She was the Deputy Clerk -Treasurer for the Town of Princess Lakes. Survivors include her husband, Kurt M. Von Schriltz of Brown County; a daughter, Debbie (Rob) Dailey of Brown County; two sons, James Lowell Oliver and Timothy R. (Toni) Oliver both of Brown County; a brother, Robert L. (Cindy) White of Spencer; nine grandchildren, Derrick (Jami) Taylor, Seth Taylor, Maddison Taylor, Robbie (Heather) Dailey, Jessica Dailey, Jacob Oliver, Brady Oliver, Alexander Oliver and Corey Edwards; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her 1st husband, Lee Oliver; a brother, James W. White, Jr; a sister, Barbara White Smith; and a grandson, Nick Oliver. Donna, or Meme as she was known, was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was member of Nashville United Methodist Church, Eastern Star, and the Homemakers Extension. She served on the board of Mother’s Cupboard, volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem, and worked for many years in the Athletic Department at Brown County High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and adored her children, grandchildren, and their friends. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North, Nashville. Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Nashville United Methodist Church, 36 South Jefferson St. with Reverend Mary Cartwright officiating.
