Catherine Mae "Katie" Meneou

Catherine M. “Katie” Meneou,86, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at home with her family by her side. The daughter of the late Bernard L. and Verna L. Gray Thomas, Katie was born March14, 1932 in New Albany. She was the widow of James A. Meneou, who passed away in 2001. She previously worked for J.C. Penney and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the L.I.F.T. Group. Survivors include her children, Thomas E. Meneou (Sharon), William L. Meneou (Debbie), and Karen S. Molck (Terry); siblings, David Thomas and Mary Helen Blake King; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 10 am ~ 2 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 2 pm Thursday in the Kraft Spring Street Chapel with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
