Geraldine Baughn

Geraldine (Travis) Baughn, age 74, of Rockport, Indiana passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023. She was born on September 3, 1948 in Beech Creek, KY to the late Charles William and Wilma Jean (Epley) Travis. Geraldine was a faithful member of the Little Pigeon Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends and took a lot of pride in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was very outgoing and enjoyed cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Andrew Hatfield; sister, Ruby Robinson; and brothers-in-law, Gillis Simmons and Chuck Konermann. Geraldine is survived by daughters, Melissa Cameron (Paul), Michelle Beeler (Garry), Rhonda Hale (Jerry); grandchildren, Ronald Cameron, Christopher Cameron (Tasha), Brandon Beeler (Claire), Paige Beeler (Dusty), Taylor Hatfield (Ashley), Megan Hatfield; great grandchildren, Andrea Hatfield, Gannon Hatfield, Brooklyn Hatfield, and Jettzyn Herron; brothers and sisters, Steve Travis (Michelle), Charlotte Simmons, Lisa Konermann, Billy Travis (Lana), Kelly Fickas (John); and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, Newburgh, Indiana, officiated by Pastor Bob Duley. Visitation for friends will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
