Raquel B. Magsalin, 57 died April 3, 2024 with her family by her side in Fairfax, Virginia. She was born December 15, 1966 in the Philippines to Federico and Victoriana Magsalin and resided in Lorton, Virginia. She is survived by her beloved son David Magsalin, sisters, brothers, nephews and nieces. Raquel was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile was so stunning it would light up the whole room. She was so kind and passionate. She made an impact on many lives, she will be forever missed.
