Larry W. Nolff

Larry W Nolff, age 85, passed away in his home and went to be with Jesus on Saturday, November 6, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jacqueline, 4 children, Linda (Kevin), Brian (Donna), Greg (Sandy) and Tim (Ronnette), 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Kristen, Kaitlyn and Eli, and 2 great grandchildren, Phoenix and Audrey. He was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan and graduated from Belleville High School in 1954. He went on to earn an Electronics degree in 1956 and began a career with IBM as an Instructor and Technical Trainer, lasting 34 years. He would go on in retirement to use his gifts of teaching and service to minister in many areas including, Assistant Pastor for 9 years at Fishersville United Methodist Church, Pastor for 1 year at Augusta Springs United Methodist Church, Sunday School teacher, Choir Director and Bible study leader. Throughout this time he was actively involved in the community through visitation and outreach to many. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Calvary United Methodist Church, Stuarts Draft, at 11:45 a.m. with a public viewing from 10:30-11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to Calvary United Methodist Church, 2179 Stuarts Draft Highway, Stuarts Draft, VA, 24477.
